Paul F.
Director of Data and Analytics
So many things I could highlight, but for me personally, seeing the growth, professional and personal development in colleagues and teams is the most rewarding thing to me. The focus on growth and learning, backed up by excellent learning and development people and processes, means that for any individual in our business the possibilities are unbounded.
Personally I am a mentor on our mentoring scheme, and really value learning about and supporting colleagues in other parts of the business from my own, and as leader of Data and Analytics, I spend a large amount of my team providing coaching and support to all levels in my team - super enjoyable!

Test Engineer
As a test engineer who looks after the online customer portal there are a few rewarding parts to my job, the most rewarding part of my job is witnessing a project going live and being used by customers for the first time, whether its a re-design of a customer journey or implementing new functionality. Another equally rewarding part of my role is that during a project I play a crucial role in finding any defects that may impact customers either buying a policy, making changes or renewing their policy, these could be big navigation issues or pages not displaying (easy to notice) but the most rewarding is the little mistakes that get un-noticed like incorrect grammar (shouldn't be any issue's present here), spelling mistakes hidden in loads of text or misalignment of buttons.

Performance Analyst
The most rewarding aspect of my job is the opportunity to continuously learn and grow, while collaborating closely with various business units to identify and address challenges. Recently, our team embarked on a journey to update our data portfolio, which has proven to be a valuable learning experience. This process has deepened my understanding of the business's needs and requirements regarding our new suite of tools, enabling me to contribute to shaping our future analysis capabilities effectively.
