Please describe the biggest opportunities facing the company/department right now?

The biggest opportunities at the company at present come from the continued ambition of the business and the individual departments within the business all aligned to support the growth. This creates a culture of growth, learning development, ambition, innovation and collaboration. It allows colleagues to development and grow with the business.

Let’s be honest, insurance and the financial sector can be perceived as a little dry & and we are working hard to challenge that! We have an opportunity to be market leading in the way we treat our colleagues, customers and how we deliver insurance. We are so ambitious and love being innovative.

Although we have already achieved so much, First Central is still a relatively new company in many ways. This means that we are bold in our ambitions and open to doing things a bit differently.
