Why did you choose this company?

I visited First Central a few times whilst in a previous role (when I worked for a local College in an employer engagement role) and always thought it seemed like a great company... really vibrant and open to new ideas, and with clear recognition that its people are the key to success. First Central is also based in the town I live in, so I suppose I earmarked the company at that stage as one to watch.

I couldn't believe my luck when I saw an early careers role come up at First Central a couple of years later, just as I was thinking of restarting my career after some time 'off' when my twin daughters were born. It was obviously meant to be!
