Thanks for the question, I think this goes back to the culture of the company being great. People in senior management know that people in the junior level roles are closer to the detail of a subject and should be listened to. I have personally not met a manager at any level (including the exec level) who is not receptive to ideas/challenge. The other point worth noting is we are a high performing company and very ambitious in terms of our goals, so any idea that can benefit the company/our customers will be listened to and is actively encouraged. Additionally, there is a lot of cross border working with ideas/concepts not having to be limited to your own team/area.
To summarise, if someone has an idea all they need to do is speak up and they'll be listened to.
