At First Central we have a number of 'perks', we all have access to 'Perkbox', an online offering where you can have the use of hundreds of perks and benefits, there's something to suit everyone. Competitive employee pension contributions, 'You Day' (an additional holiday allowance to be taken at your convenience).

We have culture ambassadors who drive initiatives across the business, relating to our community, our environment and our people engagement. Including things like; charity days, supporting people in need, charity events and a variety of team building activities.
