What is the work-life balance like in your role?

I've consistently experienced a strong commitment to work-life balance here and I've received support from my line managers and the broader organisation with this.

My current role primarily revolves around reporting and data analysis, so we can often encounter tight deadlines as we provide essential data for the business.
While the workload can be demanding at times, I've always had the tools and resources needed to meet these demands effectively.

Our team is made up to of two analysts and our line manager, so this can sometimes lead to capacity challenges when a team member is unavailable; however, our management team excels at setting expectations with our internal customers. In instances where one of us is off, they coordinate support from different areas of the Company. This strategic approach makes sure that we can stay focused on our current tasks.

Additionally, I appreciate the flexibility in my working hours. This flexibility allows me to balance my professional commitments with personal and family responsibilities when needed & it's been a significant advantage in maintaining a healthy work-life balance.
