What do you like most about this company?

Hi and thanks for the question. There are so many things I enjoy about working at First Central. The supportive culture is integral to how I feel and perform. I really like how accessible the executive team are and the communication we all receive from them. This enables me to have a clear idea of how the business is performing, where they expect the business to be and how we can all work together to achieve this. Personally in my role I really enjoy the variety of tasks I perform and the autonomy I am offered to achieve my objectives.

There are numerous things I like about the company. The people are great, everyone is so friendly and approachable (even the most senior level management). The culture is fantastic - and this is evidenced throughout the organisation through our internal surveys which show we benchmark very well against our peers on a number of measures. I like the can-do and positive attitude that people have here and I like having a variety of objectives which link back to the broader company strategy and ultimately doing the right thing for our customers, colleagues and the business.
