The training you receive all depends on the role that you take on, but all new colleagues will receive some set training which will take you through a number of business wide specific areas such as corporate policies, values and culture. Within my role, I spent the first few weeks shadowing, having introductory meetings and reading procedures and processes. Our L&D team are also exceptional and have created an incredibly useful learning hub which is a brilliant resource for any new starter.
