At the moment we aren't providing sponsorship for candidates; however, this is something that we're working on at the moment so that we can offer sponsorship in the near future. It would of course depend on the role you're looking to apply for, but please keep an eye on our careers site for vacancies (it's a great idea to set up your account and job alerts) and feel free to reach out to us in the Talent Team if you would like to know any more.

Just to echo Jemma's response, although we are not currently providing sponsorship for candidates, it is something that we can hopefully offer in the future. So I would recommend still setting up an account so that you can receive job alerts, so if an opportunity like this does arise in the future you will be aware of the roles available to you.
