What support is available for career changers?

Careers are a topic we are very passionate about here at First Central. If you have or are thinking of changing direction, we have many avenues of support available to you ranging from internal leadership development programmes covering a heap of topics, personal coaching and mentoring, relevant external qualifications, networking opportunities and project involvement through the availability of Gigs (short term projects) from across the business. The Learning & Development team can provide ongoing feedback and support to career changes, helping you track progress, identify areas of improvement, and help you adjust ready to succeed in your new role.
