Customer Claims Manager
One of the biggest challenges within my role is adjusting to impromptu operational and industry challenges. We do our best to caveat this through data analysis, holding sessions to respond to these challenges - With global parts shortages in the repair industry as an example. Managing Customer journeys in these types of environments proves difficult, but as a business we do our best to adapt to these challenges to ensure we deliver excellent customer service.
