First Central is welcoming and inclusive to all, we have a very broad and diverse colleague base and we are all valued as individuals within the company. We have a DEIB community split up into areas of focus - identity, journey, values, background, abilities. There are many lines of support offered within First Central and it's a very inclusive culture in all areas of the business.
