How has the Company changed since you joined?

I’ve been with the company for just over four years, and during that time, I’ve witnessed tremendous growth and transformation. One of our core values is ambition, and it’s clear that this has driven change across every business area. No part of the organisation has stood still - each department has taken on significant projects and initiatives that have reshaped how we operate, allowing us to adapt and innovate continuously.
