Yes, potentially... once you have passed your probation. There would just need to be a clear benefit to you and your department of you completing a qualification because there is a limit to the budgets available. We're also keen supporters of Apprenticeships (many of which contain professional qualifications) and pay into an Apprenticeship Levy which can be used to fund these, so we usually explore this option first.
