Looking back, I wish I had known just how much room there is to grow here. This place is like a playground for career development. It's been a pleasant surprise. The benefit of starting with a relatively small / new business is that - the culture is so protected and also ambitious, which in turn means that, our people are protected and encouraged to be ambitious too!
