Hey- thanks for the question! Personally for me, I have found it easy at First Central to maintain a work-life balance. I've blocked out my calendar for times when I need to focus, or when I'm taking my break, and usually this is respected by colleagues (obviously sometimes there's a bit of flexibility needed on my side!) Also, I've recently submitted a flexible working request so I've been able to condense my hours, so I have every other Friday off work, which massively supports my work-life balance! Hope that helps :)
